PFFMA Internship Grant
The PFFMA Internship Grant was established for students who have received an internship at an NFL facility (Stadium or Practice facility). This Scholarship was designed to help with the cost of living and other financial burdens of students completing internships within the NFL.
Eligibility
The PFFMA Internship Grant will be awarded each year in the amount of $2000 to a qualified individual. This grant can be used for cost-of-living expenses related to completing an internship at an NFL facility.
-Individuals must be currently enrolled into an accredited college or university
-This scholarship will be awarded to a student who has chosen an academic field of study in Turfgrass Management.
-Recipient must be awarded an internship at an NFL facility.
-Applications are due on May 1st
PFFMA Continuing Education Scholarship
The PFFMA Continuing Education Scholarship was established to help members seeking to improve their knowledge and skills through continuing education. This scholarship was designed to help promote professionalism and education in the industry.
Eligibility:
The PFFMA Continuing Education Scholarship will be awarded each year up to $2000 to a qualified individual based on need. This Scholarship can be used for courses, seminars, and conferences. This scholarship will be awarded based on the criteria established by the PFFMA Board of Directors.
-Must be employed at an NFL facility (Stadium or Practice Facility)
-Recipient must provide valid reasons as to how they will benefit from this award
-Must complete desired continuing education/course within a year
-Applications are due on October 15th
